Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Purchases
All purchases made on Edupay Education are for digital courses and learning content.
Since these are digital products, no physical returns are applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
You have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
The course you purchased has not been delivered as described (e.g., technical issues, missing content).
Refunds will not be provided if:
You have completed or accessed a significant portion of the course.
The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
You enrolled by mistake but continued using the course.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your enrollment anytime.
Cancellation after the refund window (7 days) will not make you eligible for a refund.
Subscription-based services (if applicable) must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at info@edupayhub.com with your order details.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
5. Special Cases
If a course is discontinued or removed by Edupay Education, learners will receive either a full refund or access to an alternative course.
Promotional offers, discounted purchases, or bundled courses may have different refund rules (mentioned at the time of purchase).
