Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Edupay Education, we strive to provide the best learning experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Please read our policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Course Purchases

  • All purchases made on Edupay Education are for digital courses and learning content.

  • Since these are digital products, no physical returns are applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content.

  • The course you purchased has not been delivered as described (e.g., technical issues, missing content).

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You have completed or accessed a significant portion of the course.

  • The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.

  • You enrolled by mistake but continued using the course.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your enrollment anytime.

  • Cancellation after the refund window (7 days) will not make you eligible for a refund.

  • Subscription-based services (if applicable) must be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, contact us at info@edupayhub.com with your order details.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

5. Special Cases

  • If a course is discontinued or removed by Edupay Education, learners will receive either a full refund or access to an alternative course.

  • Promotional offers, discounted purchases, or bundled courses may have different refund rules (mentioned at the time of purchase).
